Paul Earl Sims, Junior, 24, is wanted for manufacturing and delivery of a controlled substance. He is 5'8'', 230 pounds and has black hair and brown eyes. He has a tattoo of praying hands on his upper right arm.

Fayetteville, AR – Troy Wayne Fletcher was indicted on child pornography charges in the Western District of Arkansas in November of 2006. Fletcher was on a home detention monitor while awaiting trial. Fletcher cut the monitor off and went on the run in December of 2006. A federal warrant was issued for violating terms and conditions of his $250,000 bond. The U.S. Marshals Service investigation determined Fletcher fled the Fayetteville area for Arizona and then to Texas. Fletcher was believed to arrive in the Branson, Missouri area in January of 2007. Fletcher was living in the Branson area under an alias.
Deputy U.S. Marshal Randy Moon was able to develop information that Fletcher was residing in the Indian Point, Missouri area. Deputy U.S. Marshal Moon sent leads to the Indian Point Police Department and U.S. Marshals Service Southwest Missouri Fugitive Task Force. The task force officers and Indian Point Police Department worked together to determine that Fletcher was residing at 178B Ridge Lane. The officers identified Fletcher near his residence. As officers approached, Fletcher ran to his vehicle and attempted to flee when he was blocked by law enforcement vehicles. Fletcher locked himself in his vehicle and took an unknown amount of pills. Officers extracted Fletcher from his vehicle and took him into custody. Fletcher was transported to a local hospital for treatment and was released six hours later. Fletcher was taken to the Green County Jail in Springfield, Missouri. Fletcher will make an appearance in Federal Magistrate Court in the Western District of Missouri today. The arrest was an interstate cooperative effort among Indian Point Police Department, Stone County Sheriff’s Office, Benton County Sheriff’s Office, and the U.S. Marshals Service Southwest Missouri Fugitive Task Force. The U.S. Marshals Service Southwest Missouri Fugitive Task Force is composed of Deputy U.S. Marshals, Green County Sheriff’s Office, Christian County Sheriff’s Office and Immigration and Custom Enforcement (ICE). The investigation is ongoing and could lead to other arrests."
